Health

The two most important things you need are

- all the necessary injections
- effective antimalaria tablets with you.

It is strongly recommended you visit your health official at least 3 months before you plan to leave!

As this depends on many factors (for example the length of your stay) and differs for each person(some travellers already have had certain injections some years ago) we will not give you any more information on this website.

If you are from the UK we advice you to visit your local hospital
/ health official.
If you are from the Netherlands we strongly advice you visit the GGD. Have a look at http://ggd.pagina.nl/ to find the ggd office nearest to you)
