Voluntary Childaid (Vca) has one purpose; to increase the education and rights of woman and children in Ghana. Vca works closely together with other organisations such as Wilde Ganzen, the NCDO, and the Africa Schools Fund. The organisation has placed many volunteers from all over the world in projects such as schools, construction of schools, orphanages and hospitals.

Vca is located in Amsterdam and in the center of tamale, in the north of Ghana. The organisation focuses with her own projects primarly on the construction of schools. The combination of sending volunteers to those communicites who really need help and the construction of schools makes voluntary work more effective to increase education in Ghana.
